Dr. Nneji earned her Ph.D. in robotics from Duke University and has over 15 years of professional experience as a scientist, technologist, engineer, and mathematician but has even more years of lived experience as a family care partner.

AKALAKA is hiring an operations lead to build our human resources function, define standard operating procedures, and manage our growing team.

This person will work alongside the founder & CEO on critical decisions to ensure AKALAKA becomes one of the best places to work, particularly for people living with disabilities or caregiving responsibilities.

This opportunity could transition into a larger scope of work with a pathway for advancement in your career to meet your personal and professional goals.
